War heute das erste Mal da. Habe mich gleich in den Wartebereich verliebt. Wurde sehr freundlich und liebevoll herumgeführt, um die Praxis kennenzulernen. – not transparent pricing: tooth cleaning resulted in €250 bill (a friend of mine paid €100 at the same clinic).
I have supplementary dental insurance, so I didn't care about the bill. Otherwise, it would have been an extremely frustrating experience.
Quality – nothing to add here as I ordered basic, routine procedure.
Summary:
I would not return to this clinic.

Meine Erfahrung heute. Notfall (Zahnschmerzen). Ich rief heut Vormittag in der Praxis an und man teilte mir mit das heute kein Zahnarzt da sei, die Dame am Telefon empfahl mir eine andere Zahnarztpraxis.

Sehr geehrtes F80- Team, die Praktikumswoche war sehr sch...
Sehr geehrtes F80- Team,
die Praktikumswoche war sehr schön. Ich habe viel gesehen und mir wurde vieles gezeigt. Die Service- Kräfte waren alle sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein offenes Ohr wenn ich Fragen hatte, auch bei den Ärzten konnte ich jede Frage stellen und bekam professionelle Antworten. Schon bei der Begrüßung wurde ich freundlich in Empfang genommen, mir wurde die Praxis gezeigt und alles erklärt wo was ist und wie was funktioniert. In der Woche habe ich mich sehr wohl dort gefühlt und würde es jedem empfehlen egal ob Praktikum oder als Patient man ist dort in sehr guten Händen der Ärzte und des Personals aufgehoben. Wer eine Ausbildung zur Zahnmedizinischen Fachangestellten machen möchte kann ich diese Praxis nur empfehlen.
Nochmal ein ganz großes dankeschön an die Mitarbeiter und die Ärzte ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Review update - from 5 to 1 stars over two visits. Avoid if you don't want to be treated like an idiot and be told to learn German whilst being a paying customer at a high end dental practice. Below is a summary of my experience, if anyone is interested.
The place itself is wonderful and so was the doctor who I had my initial consultation with, Dr Alpermann. Upon my second visit (for teeth cleaning, which was great), I was given a cost estimate for my overall treatment plan but the receptionist did not speak English well enough and I assumed this is my bill. I looked at the cost in more detail on my way home, and returned to inquire why it was so high (2.5k). The receptionist eventually managed to explain to me that this is just a quote that needs to be approved by my insurer. However, she did mumble, in German and under her nose, in a very annoyed tone, that this is Germany and I need to learn to speak German, which I understood perfectly well. I think she also called me some unpleasant adjectives but that I am not 100% sure of. When I pressed her to repeat what she said in English she pretended she did not understand me. Mind you - it is a clinic that clearly works in English, which is why I chose it to begin with. Either way, I felt that this is deeply offensive and inappropriate. We had a series of e-mail exchanges (she kept writing to me in German, knowing I do not understand it, and in a rather condescending tone). She apologised in her emails, for the record, but my request to hear from management on the account of this incident has not been answered for 4 weeks now. Ah yes, and I received a call yesterday to remind me for an appointment I cancelled because of this incident, which I explained briefly over the phone. All in all, very unpleasant experience and zero understanding or care from their side - "you are not a customer now, so we don't care"...

I had an emergency with my retaining wire on the back of my teeth and needed to glue it back on to refrain it from scratching my tongue and causing pain. Dr. Svetla Alpermann was really nice and fast: she walked me through the whole procedure with steady and gentle hands and was done within 10 minutes. I don't speak fluent German (as this review shows), but the staff were really nice and helped as must as they could. Definitely a recommend to foreigners who have an emergency and need a English friendly practice.
