At first I was really happy with the team and the service. I have tried one of the most famous invisible aligner providers before and they only did a 3D scan. Here, I was first taken to X-ray properly and then a fast and comfortable 3D scan of my teeth was done. My consultant was Gülsen and she continously supported me during the whole process. I had to sign the contract to send my scan to the lab for the simulations (which was free at the other provider) but the price packages have a significant difference and the service you get here is very satisfying. The staff and the 24/7 available WhatsApp team are ready to help in multiple languages. After I had questions regarding a specific tooth, they agreed to help me and recalculated my simulations without an issue. Up until now I fully recommend the service here. But there are some points you have to consider:
- You see an estimated simulation at your first visit after your 3D scan. This is then sent to actual doctors to inspect. The doctors give their opinion and the final simulation is sent to your email only if you sign some documents (that you would have to pay up to ~790 euros even if you cancel)
- After the simulation is first received by you, you have 3 DAYS to decide to cancel. Otherwise they are sent to production WITHOUT YOUR WRITTEN CONSENT. And you will end up paying more than 700 euros, even a thousand, as they are already produced.
- the health AG, who is responsible for payments, will send you a "Mahngebühr" if you fail to initiate payment within 7 weeks.
Now, after taking these into consideration, they might be the most supportive and helpful provider out there. They even contacted the health AG for me to take back the charged extra fee.
Know that there are other, cheaper providers who wait for your confirmation and even give you free samples of your aligners to try on or send the simulations without financially binding you. But a few of them don't even have a doctor in their team, or their production quality isn't in EU Standards.
So overall I would recommend getting your orthodentic treatment here if you can spend a bit more (there are installment plans available) and if you want to have a good treatment process and a supportive customer service. I will update here once I have my results.

At the end of my first treatment, I was shocked to learn ...
At the end of my first treatment, I was shocked to learn that in my package, there were no retainers. At that time, what I meant was just a follow up plastic retainer and not the fixed metal ones but somehow the doctor/dentist misunderstood.
That made me really upset and I had written a bad review here in order to get some attention as the staffs were different each time I went there ( Similar experience with the rest ). It was later resolved as I was told that they would give me fixed retainers later on.
Things spiral into another direction as my personal dentist told me not to go for the fix retainers as I have more pressing issues such as multiple root canals, crowning, and pulling wisdom teeth to resolve. She was actually surprised I even went for this treatment in the first place as normally, any clinic would have rejected me due to my conditions. Slightly a year + later, I finally completed my other treatment and returned to the clinic.
To my surprised, Dr Widu clarified that the retainers i asked for was actually all along in my package. This came as a surprise to me as I could have ended by treatment then.. (A classic case of miscommunication).
Since i never had retainers and I was using my last set of invisalign, my teeth started misaligning again. However, Dr. Widu and her team were professional enough to provide me with solutions and I will undergo a new treatment.

Danke für die sehr nette und kompetente Beratung am 23.05.2017, Herr Dr. Widu hat sich viel Zeit genommen und alle meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich habe lange mit dem Gedanken gespielt Invisalign schienen zunehmen. Jetzt habe ich meine persönliche Praxis gefunden.

Also ich kann Smile Impress bzw. Smart Teeth absolut empfehlen.. ich habe letztes Jahr April 2023 mit 20 Schienen angefangen und kann sagen, es hat meine schiefen Zähne absolut verändert und haben sich in der Zeit gut eingeordnet. Danach folgte ein Kontrolltermin, wo wir nochmal besprochen haben, nochmal mit 20 Schienen zu arbeiten um noch mehr die Zähne zu begradigen. Ich bin auf jeden Fall sehr froh, diesen Weg eingeschlagen zu haben und das Team arbeitet wirklich sehr professionell und gehen auf Kunden sehr gut ein. Alles in einem eine super Erfahrung und wer unzufrieden mit seinen Zähnen ist, sollte zu Smart teeth am Ku’damm vorbei schauen und sich beraten lassen.

I had my first appointment there, the staff was very friendly and professional, especially Mrs. Gülşen who dealt with me in the most beautiful and professional menu, they took their time and explained everything to me. I am very happy with the service so far and I hope it will be as smooth and sophisticated.

Ich war mit dem gesamten Team von Smilike sehr zufrieden, vom ersten Beratungsgespräch, um meine Zweifel auszuräumen, bis zum Tag, an dem ich meine Zahnspange eingesetzt bekam.
