“First about the caregivers Patrick, Michelle, Dominica, Jonathan, and the Indian man who’s name I did not get: They were all so lovely, caring, skilled and attentive. Thank you to all of them and especially Jonathan who is, in addition, an extremely talented energy and body work person. I value the feedback he gave me.
Then the desk staff Brigitta and the others who were endlessly patient with my questions, anxieties and feelings of being lost and scared. They were always attentive to me when I needed them.
Then the Mind/Body practitioners Michael Falkner, Carol Idone, Sonja Bacus, Monika the Kinesiologist:
Michael’s sleep study and biofeedback evaluations were upsetting because of the results, but very helpful for me. Having hands on help to improve my nervous system management was enormously helpful. I bought the biofeedback program and am hopeful that using it will help me calm my system.
Sonja Bacus spent a lot of careful time with me about my diet and nutrition. She was clear, her summary was very helpful, and best of all her openness and encouragement to be in touch with her if I needed anything, was really welcome.
Monika the Kinesiologist was such a surprise. Her treatment was very valuable to me. She is clearly a very special person. Her ability to home in on my body’s responses and follow those through my emotional and energetic states was extraordinary.
Carol Idone also offered extra ordinary treatment. She was very present, intuitive and helpful to me. And her acupressure treatments were very special. I feel my two sessions with her and my two sessions with Monika were real high lights of my two weeks of treatments.
Notes also about the nursing staff: I had Yvonne, Lili and Tamara for my nursing care. Each of them were wonderful, helpful and compassionate. I presented them with quite a challenge as my veins are ‘terrible’, but they managed brilliantly.
Then the Doctors: Dr. Kimballs, Dr. Nehr, Dr. Rau.
Dr. Steffen Nehr was very kind and attentive to me and to my questions. I felt he gave me very good care and more to the point, he always gave me the feeling he was working in concert with Dr. Rau, and that he was genuinely interested in my case. And of course my highest praise and gratitude go to Dr. Rau. I know that he is very busy yet when I was in his office I felt he was giving me undivided attention. I didn’t understand fully the content of his shots but I felt totally trusting to follow his directions and recommendations. I hope to continue under his care. On a final note, I have returned to enormously positive feedback from my husband and friends - that I look better than I have in years!
