    I would like to give feedback on one of the Lohi staffs named Ulrich Daumoser. He had helped me file tax returns for year 2020 and 2019. I have been extremely happy with his service. Filing tax return for that year was extremely complicated for me as I had come from india and was new to this country. Mr Ulrich went out of the way to collect all required documents or necessary information in order to get the return that was rightfully due for me. I do not think I would have achieved it had I done it myself or given it to anyone else. I have been so happy that I continue to file return for this year too thriugh Ulrich. I appreaciate Ulrich’s efficiency and hard work.

    There is English support, and the experience was digital and smooth. All my queries were answered well, thanks to quick and clear communication and great expertise.

    I would highly recommend this service - especially for expats who have a hard time, trying to understand the German tax intricacies.

    Würde mich gerne „auf höherer Ebene“ beschweren, finde aber keinen Ansprechpartner. Alles sehr unbefriedigend. Werde zum Jahresende meine Mitgliedschaft kündigen.

    Till now I have used Lohi - Lohnsteuerhilfe Bayern e. V. Maxvorstadt service for 4 tax returns from 2018 to 2021. Not only did I receive English support, but the whole experience was digital and smooth. All my queries were answered well. It was quite a professional and nice experience interacting with Lohi Maxvorstadt, specifically with Ulrich Daumoser. Tax calculation was quite complicated when I arrived for the first time in Germany and again when my family left Germany. But I never faced any problem thanks to quick and clear communication and great expertise. Thanks Lohi Maxvorstadt. Thanks Ulrich.
    I would highly recommend this service.

    Nach einer seeeehr schlechten Beratung 2020, konnten wir 2022 eine erfreuliche, weil fachkompetente und sorgsame Beratung mit einer freundlichen und sachkompetente Mitarbeiterin in Burglengenfeld unsere Steuerunterlagen 2021 und 2022 erfolgreich zur Beratung und zum Abschluß an das Finanzamt einreichen !
